After Builders Clean in Coral, Newbury

Building work leaves behind dust, debris, and grime in every corner. The clients in Coral needed the property thoroughly cleaned and ready to use after their builders finished on site. We were called in to restore the property to a clean, habitable state across RG14.

What we did

• Vacuumed all areas using an industrial vacuum with HEPA filtration to remove building dust and fine particles throughout the Coral property.
• Cleaned and disinfected bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and fittings with antibacterial spray to ensure hygiene in RG14.
• Degreased kitchen surfaces and appliances with glass cleaner and microfibre cloths, leaving them spotless and safe to use.
• Mopped all floors with a mop and bucket to lift stubborn dust and residue left by construction work.
• Sanitised windows, screens, seats, and tables using glass cleaner and stainless steel polish where needed in Newbury.
• Treated hard surfaces with bleach where appropriate to kill bacteria and leave everything hygienic.
• Removed all waste using heavy-duty bin liners to leave the property clear and tidy.
• Wore full PPE including gloves and masks throughout the job to maintain safety standards.

The property was transformed in a single day on site. Every room in Coral was left clean, sanitised, and ready for occupation, with no dust or debris remaining from the building work.
